Prohibition Liquor Co. was created by a couple of Adelaide lads with a dream to create a world class neat-drinking gin. Their journey started in a humble backyard garage in 2015. Fast forward to 2017, and with a move into the city, the beautiful copper still 'Mary' was commissioned to distil all artisan small batch spirits on-site.
Today our character-filled Distillery and Tasting Room located in the heart of Adelaide CBD provides a cosy environment for you to enjoy a G&T with friends and the opportunity to explore from their award-winning range of gins and pre-mix cocktails each featuring unique flavour profiles, and hand-crafted with passion using the world's finest botanicals.

Founded by Kyle and Georgia, Finders Distillery was born from a shared passion for travel, craftsmanship, and authentic Australian produce. After leaving their careers - Kyle as an Air Force engineer and Georgia in fashion and liquor buying - the pair spent two years exploring the world, discovering a love for distilleries and the stories behind them. Back home in North Sydney, they channelled that inspiration into creating spirits that celebrate place and provenance. From their award-winning Australian Dry Gin and Vodka, crafted with local Wattle Seed and Native Gum, to their Location Series highlighting regional botanicals from across Australia, every bottle from Finders Distillery tells a story of adventure, creativity, and homegrown flavour.

Noble Bootleggers began behind the bar, founded by Daniel and Kristin, who met in Melbourne’s hospitality scene before creating The Noble Experiment - a New York-style speakeasy known for bold, immersive cocktails. After a guest suggested taking the experience beyond the bar, they sold the venue in 2018, began distilling in their garage, and later moved operations to “Whisky Hill Farm” in Longlea near Greater Bendigo.
Today, sustainability drives their small-batch craft. Spent botanicals are repurposed into soaps, feed, or soil boosters, and they collaborate with local producers to minimise waste. Their story is one of creativity, community, and purpose-craft spirits made with intention and ambition.
