Exhibitor Checklist

1️⃣ Confirm Booth Allocation

Booth allocation must be confirmed in writing.

Final placement remains at the Organiser’s discretion.

2️⃣ Complete Payments

Deposits and balance payments must be received by the stated due dates.

All payments are non-refundable in accordance with the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture and reallocation of booth space at the Organiser’s discretion.

3️⃣ Tasting Format Compliance

•Small sample tastings only
•Full-serve alcohol is not permitted
•Official event vouchers may be used for selected premium products where applicable
•All service must comply with RSA requirements and event licence conditions

4️⃣ Space, Equipment & Electrical Responsibilities

Exhibitor bookings provide allocated floor space only unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Exhibitors are responsible for supplying and managing their own:

• Furniture (tables, shelving, display units, linen, etc.)
• POS systems
• Display materials and stand presentation
• Tasting cups
• Ice buckets and tongs
• Garnishes and mixers
• Spittoons (where applicable)
• Refrigeration or specialised equipment (if required)

All electrical equipment brought onsite must comply with Australian safety standards and hold current Test & Tag certification where required.

Extension leads and power boards must be commercial grade and suitable for event use.

The Organiser and Venue reserve the right to inspect and refuse unsafe or non-compliant equipment.

All equipment and service items must comply with event guidelines and the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions.

5️⃣ Trade Engagement

Exhibitors should be prepared for Trade Preview participation with appropriate wholesale pricing, ordering capability and trade materials where applicable.

6️⃣ Door Prize Contribution

Each exhibitor must provide one (1) bottle or packaged product for door prizes, promotions or event giveaways as part of participation.

7️⃣ Engagement Expectation

The Drink Show operates as a tasting and brand-building platform.

Exhibitors are expected to engage professionally with guests and trade attendees throughout the session.
