Current rate
$795 - GST Inclusive - 15 Booths (until 31 March)

Final rate
$895 - GST Inclusive (from 31 March until 23 May)

Booth space is confirmed only once payment is received.

What Exhibitors Provide

Exhibitors supply their own:

• Tables / display / shelving
• POS system
• Staff
• Tasting cups
• Stock and marketing materials
• Extension leads / tagged equipment if using power

Power must be requested in advance if required.

Sales & Tastings

• No commission on sales
• No percentage taken
• Exhibitors manage their own POS
• Sealed bottle sales permitted subject to licence conditions

Small tasting samples only.
Full-serve drinks are not permitted.

Voucher use is optional and at exhibitor discretion, subject to event approval.

Limited Availability

Exhibitor numbers are limited.

Allocation is confirmed on a first-confirmed basis.

Final placement and category balance remain at organiser discretion.
