Access & Inclusion Statement
At The Drink Show, we believe everyone should feel welcome, comfortable and able to enjoy the experience. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where visitors of all ages, backgrounds and abilities can participate with confidence.
We recognise that access needs vary from person to person and may include mobility requirements, wheelchair and scooter access, low vision, low hearing, sensory sensitivities, autism, cognitive accessibility needs, allergies and dietary considerations, temporary injuries, seniors, parents with prams and multi-generational groups.
The Drink Show is held at Newcastle Showground Exhibition Centre, an indoor venue designed to accommodate a broad range of visitors. Accessible amenities, pathways and venue facilities may be available through the venue, and we encourage guests to contact us prior to attending if they have specific access requirements or questions.
We welcome companions, carers and assistance animals in accordance with applicable regulations and venue policies.
To help ensure the most comfortable experience possible, we encourage visitors to contact us before the event if adjustments or support may be required. We will do our best to provide practical information and work with guests to understand individual needs.
Our team aims to provide a respectful and welcoming experience for all visitors and exhibitors throughout the event.
Accessibility is an ongoing journey and we will continue reviewing and improving our event experience over time. Feedback is always welcomed and helps us create a more inclusive environment for everyone.
