The Drink Show floorplan is designed to provide a balanced, easy-to-navigate layout that supports strong visibility and consistent visitor flow across all exhibitors.
Booth positions are allocated to maintain category balance and overall presentation of the event.
👉 Exhibitors are invited to review the floorplan and submit three preferred booth positions when enquiring.
Final allocation is confirmed by the organiser.

The layout is designed to ensure every exhibitor benefits from consistent foot traffic throughout the session.
Positioning & Flow
The floorplan is structured to:
✔ Distribute visitor flow evenly across the event
✔ Avoid congestion in key areas
✔ Maintain strong exposure for all exhibitors
✔ Support a natural and intuitive tasting journey
No single area is designed as a “dead zone” - all stands are integrated into the overall visitor experience.

Booth allocation is confirmed upon payment and subject to maintaining a balanced exhibitor mix.

Exhibitor numbers are strictly limited.
Once a category or section is filled, additional applications may be placed on a waiting list.
Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred position.
