How to Book
Bookings are confirmed once the application has been approved and the deposit payment has been received.

Deposit payment received
Booth allocation confirmed
Final stand position is determined by the organiser to maintain category balance and floorplan layout.
Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Balance payments must be completed by the due date shown on the invoice.
All payments are subject to the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions.
Limited Exhibitor Numbers
Each edition of The Drink Show is intentionally limited in size.
Approximate total exhibitors:
50–55 stands
This helps maintain a comfortable tasting environment and ensures strong visibility for each exhibitor.
Once spaces are filled, additional applications may be placed on a waiting list.
After Booking
