The Drink Show - NSW Edition presents a curated mix of exhibitors across wine, spirits, beer and specialty beverage categories.

Exhibitor numbers are limited to maintain a balanced floorplan and ensure a clear, professional presentation across the event.

Final category allocation is determined by the organiser.

Not all categories are represented equally.

Numbers are controlled to maintain balance across the exhibition floor.

Category Balance

The event is designed to remain wine-led, with selected distilleries, breweries and specialty producers included to complement the overall tasting experience.

Typical exhibitor mix may include:

• Wineries - majority of stands
• Distilleries - limited positions
• Breweries - small number only
• Innovative / RTD / non-alcoholic - selected brands
• Gourmet / mixers / accessories - limited support exhibitors

Exact numbers vary for each edition.

Limited Positions

Each category has a limited number of available spaces.

Applications are accepted in order of booking, subject to maintaining a balanced exhibitor mix.

Once a category is full, further applications may be placed on a waiting list.

Early booking is recommended.

Category Approval

To maintain consistency across the event, all exhibitor applications are reviewed by the organiser.

Factors may include:

• Product suitability
• Space availability
• Event layout requirements

The organiser reserves the right to adjust category numbers where required.

Final Exhibitor Mix

The final category mix is confirmed once the floorplan is completed.
