The Drink Show - NSW Edition presents a wine-led cellar door showcase, featuring boutique wineries supported by a select number of complementary producers.

Exhibitor numbers are intentionally limited to maintain a professional, well-structured floorplan and ensure strong visibility for each winery.

Final category allocation is determined by the organiser.

The event includes a carefully curated mix of:

Not all categories are represented equally.

Wine remains the core focus of the showcase.

Wine-Led Format

The Drink Show is intentionally wine-led, with select craft distilleries and complementary producers included to enhance the overall cellar door experience.

This creates a focused tasting environment, encourages meaningful engagement and supports stronger commercial outcomes for wineries.

A typical exhibitor mix includes:

✔ Innovative beverages - limited allocation
✔ Low & non-alcoholic - select brands
✔ Specialty exhibitors - minimal supporting presence

Indicative Booth Allocation

To provide guidance, a typical NSW Edition may include:

30 - 35 Wineries & Cellar Doors
8 - 12 Craft Distilleries (select)
3 - 5 Innovative / Premium Beverage Brands
2 - 4 Low & Non-Alcoholic Producers
2 - 4 Specialty / Supporting Exhibitors

Total: approximately 45–50 exhibitors

These numbers are indicative only and may be adjusted to maintain balance, flow and quality.

Limited Positions

Each category has a limited number of available spaces.

Applications are accepted in order of booking, subject to maintaining a balanced, wine-led exhibitor mix.

Once a category is full, further applications may be placed on a waiting list.

Category Approval

To maintain consistency and quality, all exhibitor applications are reviewed by the organiser.

The organiser reserves the right to adjust category allocations where required.
