Exhibitor Categories & Balance

The Drink Show - NSW Edition presents a balanced mix of exhibitors across wine, spirits, beer and modern beverage categories.

Exhibitor numbers are limited to maintain a professional, well-structured floorplan and ensure strong visibility across all brands.

Final category allocation is determined by the organiser.

Core Exhibitor Categories

The event may include exhibitors across the following categories:

✔ Wineries & cellar doors
✔ Distilleries and spirits brands
✔ Breweries (limited allocation)
✔ RTD, low-alcohol and non-alcoholic brands
✔ Emerging and innovative beverage companies
✔ Distributors and portfolio partners
✔ Specialty and supporting exhibitors (including food, mixers and accessories)

Not all categories are represented equally.

Numbers are controlled to maintain balance across the exhibition floor.

Category Balance

The event is designed to remain wine-led, with selected distilleries, breweries and specialty brands included to complement the overall experience.

A typical exhibitor mix may include:

✔ Wine - majority of stands
✔ Spirits - limited but strong representation
✔ Beer - small, curated allocation
✔ RTD / Low & Non-Alcoholic - selected brands
✔ Specialty & supporting exhibitors - limited positions

Exact numbers vary for each edition.

Indicative Booth Allocation

To provide guidance, a typical NSW Edition may include:

  • 25 wineries

  • 10-15 distilleries / spirits brands

  • 2-4 breweries

  • 5-8 RTD / low & non-alcoholic / emerging brands

  • 3-6 specialty and supporting exhibitors

Total: approximately 50–55 exhibitors

These numbers are indicative only and may be adjusted to maintain balance and quality.

Limited Positions

Each category has a limited number of available spaces.

Applications are accepted in order of booking, subject to maintaining a balanced exhibitor mix.

Once a category is full, further applications may be placed on a waiting list.

Category Approval

To maintain consistency and quality, all exhibitor applications are reviewed by the organiser.

Considerations may include:

✔ Category balance
✔ Product suitability
✔ Brand alignment with the event
✔ Space availability

The organiser reserves the right to adjust category allocations where required.

Final Exhibitor Mix

The final exhibitor mix is confirmed once the floorplan is completed.
